As a Local Partner you will: * Run your own creative events business from the ground up by coordinating and running events as you connect with the local community. * Create and maintain relationships with local business owners and build a portfolio of venue partners. * Spearhead local marketing efforts through networking, social media and on the ground tactics. * Plan and execute successful events; managing an event calendar, staff, supplies and venues. * Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems. * Evaluate event success while constantly looking for opportunities to improve. * Embody and act as an ambassador of the Paint Nite brand. * Effectively recruit, train and motivate employed staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring every event meets our highest brand standards. * Develop strategic plans through daily business analysis; reviewing customer survey results, consumer demand, untapped opportunities. * Engage with the Paint Nite home office team and Local Partner community on best practices, ongoing training and development and growth opportunities. You have: * 2-3 years of significant business experience; demonstrated successful ownership or management of a small business or experience managing a department. * Expert in the field of management, problem solving and analysis with the ability to develop and execute a business plan. * Ability to manage finances including a thorough understanding of business financial statements. * Excellent management skills with the commitment to manage day-to-day operations of an events business. * Small business marketing expert, implementing marketing campaigns in various channels such as print, broadcast, local festivals/events and digital mediums while evaluating promotional effectiveness. * Social media savvy with a demonstrated ability to implement a social media strategy to develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization. * Flexible and able to quickly resolve issues calmly in a fast-paced environment. * Above all, you have a passion for people and creativity and youre inspired by our mission to bring creative entertainment to the world.
