    Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the INTEGRATIONS PRODUCT MANAGER will be working closely with the partner recruitment team to project manage the development and ongoing maintenance of key data integrations. In this hands-on role you will be driving the collaboration with Partners and various teams such as the Customer Acquisition, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing and Engineering teams.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner closely with Solution Consultants and the Engineering team to create and prioritize clear, detailed, and timely requirements.
    • Work closely with partners to understand their integration needs.
    • Working closely with internal solution consultants to determine key integration opportunities between customer and partner applications.
    • Prioritize development activities with Engineering teams.
    • Partner with Customer Success to create new service offerings, lead training and build marketing collateral.
    • Work with Marketing to drive the customer-facing messaging and market positioning for integrations.
    • Support organizations outbound communications surrounding APIs and integrations via white papers, webinars, blogs, videos, events, etc., working closely with Marketing on product messaging & collateral.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study.
    • 5+ years of overall experience (at least 3 years as a product manager) in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex business or technical requirements. Emphasis on user-driven product design and data driven product refinement.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions to existing customer segments and rapidly expand to new customer segments.
    • Ability to develop multi-level relationships of confidence and trust with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
    • Ability to go deep in problem solving and analytical solution mapping.
    • Hands on knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP).
    • Proficiency with SQL queries, XML and JSON.
    • Experience with building adapters / plug-ins to integrate with 3rd party systems.
    • Experience with data analytics.
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally across the company.
    • Adapting to rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment.
    • Ability to resolve problems in order to clarify situations and create a way forward.
    • Results-oriented and motivated to deliver value.
    • Able to work with geographically distributed teams.
