HollandWest Production’s services cover every aspect of production, from concept to post. Our clients include but not limited to AMEX, BET, MTV, FUSE, Michelle Obama When We Vote Campaign, Hillary For America, National Urban League, Medicare Advantage, Walmart, Bulova Watches, Cantu, Essence, and The Bleacher Report and Nike.

Responsibilities may include:

• Monday mornings are our weekly team meeting (remote bicoastal video meeting with Co-CEOS, EP, and Head of Production Management). The meeting purpose is to identify and schedule all action items related to projects in the bid, pre-pro- and post stages + business ops. Must be able to attend the meeting remotely and schedule all action items onto the appropriate team members weekly calendar.

• Attend and take notes on client calls.

• Organize internal finished project/asset library Dropbox.

• Upkeep, innovate and company internal databases including but limited to HR database, professional development database, and award show database.

• Manage deadlines for professional development programs/award shows.

• Miscellaneous administration duties include scheduling meetings, calls, filing, maintaining organized google drive, and more.

• Option to occasionally P.A. sets in the LA area.

Requirements:

• This is an unpaid internship for school credit. Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (proof of enrollment will be required if selected for an internship to join our team). We require you be able to obtain school credit for this internship.
• Flexible start/end date based on your semester.
• Time commitment: 2 days per week. Must be available Mondays mornings (remote is good).
• Must be comfortable working remotely. We are a remote company, and most days will be remote. Occasional days on film sets and at WeWork.
• Must live near the LA area with a valid driver's license. - Must be able to be interviewed in the LA area and occasionally arrive to set/WeWork in the LA area.
• We require you be a TV/Film/Video Production, Communications, or similar degree program.
• Seeking a team member with a positive attitude who shares our enthusiasm for the entertainment/content creation industry.
• Must be organized/reliable self-starter with foresight and willing to learn from and assist senior production team.
• Must be discrete with high profile clients and able to be trusted with private information.
• This role has a flexible start date!

• Ability to attend a private internal weekly meeting with Co-CEOS, EP, and Production Manager. Ability to learn production company operations and client/project workflow through weekly meetings.
• This is a small production company, so working with CEO, EP, and Head of Production Management comes with the territory.
