This role will be responsible for implementing Q2s Batch Import Processes to align with the business requirements of our customers.nbsp; You will be exposed to a highly customizable product that is configured and engineered differently for each customer to produce like results. You must be exceptionally detail-oriented and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting to succeed in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Partner with clients to understand business requirements and then configure the batch import to provide the functionality and display of account balances and history transactions ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Problem solve routine to complex issues and provide Level 2 and 3 support to other team members and during the testing process ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Track status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Manage customer expectations and provide excellent customer service while communicating directly with customers as needed or as requested, by phone (preferred) or by email and case documentation ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Modify software as necessary including, but not limited to, changing scripts, reviewing application logs and making necessary modifications in database tables to optimize the clients production environment ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Construct and schedule automated processes and create custom processing scripts ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Manage multiple projects while regularly receiving escalated cases from management and prioritize accordingly ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Follow internal change control process to implement any required product modifications ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Create and implement tools that increase quality, security and productivity ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience and 3 years previous work experience in similar role ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Intermediate MS SQL skills: Understanding of DB Design and TSQL query language as related to Enterprise software configuration, installation and debugging ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Experience with Python and other scripting languages ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills for problem solving ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Configuration and deployment experience with Web Services ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Data migration experience a plus ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile platforms helpful ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Some knowledge of HTML will be helpful but not required ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Strong written and oral communication skills ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Excellent people and teamwork skills Posted YesterdayFull timeREQ-1850 is focused on empowering returns on relationships for community-centered financial institutions and their consumer and commercial account holders.
