Opportunity: The Human Resources Intern position will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company. Working with the Human Resources Manager and the Human Resources team, this position assists with clerical and administrative duties in areas such as recruitment, talent management, training and benefits. Specific responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including: scheduling, drafting/reviewing communication, PowerPoint presentations, filing, auditing files, scanning, updating documents, etc. Assist recruitment efforts by maintaining files, posting jobs, scheduling calls, organizing documents, setting up meetings, etc. Support the summer internship program and shadow/support the customer service provided Plan and create posts for Radio Flyer's social media pagesrelated to jobs/careers Assist with compliance needs and overall HR support Conductresearch needed for the HR department including recruiting, policies, learning and development, benefits, etc. Other tasks and projects, as assigned Required Skills Requirements: The ideal candidate will be in a bachelor or master degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field with a 3.0+ grade point average 1-2 years of administrative experience in an office setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and team player Detail-oriented (Thoughtful work and the ability to proofread and check documents thoroughly) Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Above all, the individual must be committed to our values of FUNomenal Customer Experiences Live with Integrity Yes I Can Excellence in Everything Responsible for Success!
