Rhino Media is expanding our retail team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our AT&T campaign.
In this role, you'll work inside major retail locations, connecting with customers, helping them understand their options, and delivering a strong in-store experience. This is a face-to-face role that blends customer service and sales — ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build real, transferable skills.

What You'll Be Doing
- Represent AT&T products and services inside a retail environment
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations
- Help customers compare plans, devices, and current promotions
- Complete sales transactions and assist with account setup
- Maintain a professional, high-energy presence on the sales floor
- Work alongside a team to hit daily and weekly performance goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a retail, customer-facing environment
- Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
