RESPONSIBILITIES OF RETAIL REPRESENTATIVES:

• Greet shoppers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Drive sales by introducing customers to an array of products and services that meet their specific needs and preferences
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful insights
• Offer superior customer service to maintain customer loyalty
• Maintain in-store marketing displays and collateral

REQUIREMENTS OF RETAIL REPRESENTATIVES:

• At least 18 years of age with High School degree/ GED
• 2-4 year college degree preferred, college students welcome!
• Positive, proactive, organized, and professional approach!
• Confident when handling customer inquiries and applications
• Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in work, school, or sports preferred
