    SF Lead Developer/Tech lead:

     SKILLS:

    • Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design patterns 

    • Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC ( for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools - e.g. Datastage) 

    • Strong technical foundation including: 5+ yrs experience with advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, SOA ·        Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed multiple complex data migrations to SFDC 

    • ·        Work with leads to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation 

    • ·        Proven experience in overseeing the technical direction, development, and implementation of SFDC software solutions 

    • Proven functional/technical professional with multiple full lifecycle SFDC implementations and at least 3+ years of experience working with SFDC 

    • ·        5+ years’ experience with end to end Salesforce.com implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects 

    • 4+ years APEX and VisualForce development for custom Salesforce functionality ·        Development of custom objects, fields and formulas, custom reports, and dashboards ·        Development of SOAP and REST based web services used for custom development ·        Create supporting technical documentation and detailed design specifications ·        Salesforce development certification (highly desired) ·        Knowledge about OOTB functionality and the ability to discern when to configure over code

    • ·        Hands-on development skills 

    • ·        Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows 

    • ·        Solid understanding of SaaS and CRM development processes and methodologies 

    • ·        Integration experience with other Salesforce Applications and External systems 

    • ·        Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, XML, REST, MSMQ, workflow, XML, HTML, UML and JavaScript

  • Qualifications
    • Participate in proposal and presentation project management, writing, organization, editing, layout, production, and delivery
    • Assist in writing marketing content including internal communication, social media, project sheets, resumes, etc.
    • Create/edit marketing material as needed using Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
    • Track and analyze marketing efforts including email, direct mail, etc.
    • Assist with managing client information database
    • Create/edit documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Arrange internal and external meetings
    • Miscellaneous marketing administrative duties
