The Intern is a supportive role to the IT Governance Vendor Information Security Review Manager. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be: * ServiceNow -- Create tickets to track and support Vendor Information Security Reviews. * Collect and review documentation and evidence of vendor compliance of obligated controls. * Identify and report non-compliance to Vendor Information Security Review Manager. * Schedule meetings with vendors as necessary to review evidence and/or facilitate walkthroughs of findings and remediations with Vendor Information Security Review team members. * Generate reporting dashboards. RRD is an EEO/AA including Vets and Disabled Employer Required Skills * Candidate should be working toward a Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree from accredited university. * Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately. * Must be able to communicate and interact with internal IT teams. * Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments. * Requires very good communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner. * Must be able to proactively listen to others to understand issues and situations.
