    Strategy & Insight Intern Strategy & Insight Las Vegas, Nevada Description Summary: The internship for the Measurement and Insight Department will assist department staff in the coordination and execution of a variety of functions including: quantitative research, qualitative research, data collection, reporting dashboards and marketing analytics. This internship will include working on significant projects in coordination with department staff. Essential Functions: * Assist the Research and Analytics teams and department staff with day to day tasks of the Strategy and Insight Department. * Conduct secondary research on behalf of R&R clients and prospective clients. * Assist in programming of online surveys and coding of open text responses. * Analyze collected data on consumers, competitors and marketplace into actionable items such as reports and presentations. * Build marketing dashboards to visualize the key performance indicators. * Identify and monitor for key trends related to assigned clients and industry categories. * Provide analysis of all sales activities and marketing campaigns. * Assist in conducting data analysis using a common program like Microsoft Excel including creating charts and summarizing data using basic statistics. Other Responsibilities: * Actively participate in department meetings and trainings. * Actively participate in R&R meetings and select trainings. * Assist R&R Partners staff outside of the department as directed. Expectations: * Ability to present, report to and interact with senior staff. * Maintain accurate daily time sheets. * Maintains an appropriate appearance and demeanor with clients and in other professional environments. Experience: * Required * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. * Strong intuition and a desire and ability to learn new applications and methods in a fast paced and demanding environment. * Preferred * Understanding of general research methods such as those taught in bachelor level courses (e.g. quantitative and qualitative research methods). * Understanding of basic statistics and applications (e.g. regression, measures of dispersion). * Intermediate to expert Excel and PowerPoint knowledge (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) Apply Later Back to Current Openings Share LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Email
