The SAS Intern Program will allow you to partner with leadership to work on business-critical projects resulting in an immediate impact to SAS and our customers. This intern will be working in SAS Service Management Office. This team is responsible for building processes, analyzing data to produce metrics and Key Performance Indicators, meeting with customers to gather requirements, automate processes, and build customer relationships. This intern will work with team members to produce and track Key Performance Indicators and metrics, conduct research, design web pages, create and update knowledge articles and create customer surveys. Qualifications: Essential Local University students only, please. And it must be an accredited program. Tech Background. We want people who geek out in computer science, computer engineering, statistics or something related. Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and/or SharePoint). Programming experience. So you know how to code and stuff. This is a year round internship where you will have to be able to work part-time hours during the school year. Additional Emails.
