The SAS Intern Program will allow you to partner with leadership to work on business-critical projects resulting in an immediate impact to SAS and our customers. You could be contributing code to our industry-leading software or ensuring the quality of our products for our Fortune 100 customers the sky is the limit! This intern will be working in SAS Service Management Office. This team is responsible for building processes, analyzing data to produce metrics and Key Performance Indicators, meeting with customers to gather requirements, automate processes, and build customer relationships. This intern will work with team members to produce and track Key Performance Indicators and metrics, conduct research, design web pages, create and update knowledge articles and create customer surveys. Qualifications: Essential Local University students only, please. And it must be an accredited program. Tech Background. We want people who geek out in computer science, computer engineering, statistics or something related. Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and/or SharePoint). Programming experience. So you know how to code and stuff. This is a year round internship where you will have to be able to work part-time hours during the school year. Additional Emails. You have to know how to write them. Talking. You have to do it effectively. Mistakes. Catch them. If you dont. Learn from them. Technology. Embrace it. Teamwork With a dash of independence. Preferences xOS.. Unix, Linux, or Windows would be great. Coding kinda matters. Javascript, HTML, perl, python, .net , etc Web development experience is a +. If you know SAS programming (SAS VA or Enterprise Guide) youre a ROCKSTAR! Data Analysis, Data Mining, Data Modeling, and/or forecasting its what we do. GPA of 3.0 or higher. Going to class is vital.
