SAS Analytical Education Graduate Intern Job Locations US-NC-Cary Requisition ID 20025930 Category Intern/Entry-Level Visa Sponsorship No Travel Requirements None Overview SAS Analytical Education Intern Summer 2019 Description: Here in Advanced Analytics Education, we develop and deliver educational assets in machine learning, statistics, data science, and AI that are used in universities and with SAS users around the world. We also provide analytical consulting services within SAS to improve our own business! If you spend the summer with us, youll review course content before it goes out to the world, contribute to training materials on some of the hottest new technologies and algorithms, and work with senior staff to develop interesting models that derive value from messy and complex data. The summer internship will last 10-12 weeks and all interns be located in our world headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. Qualifications: Essential Pursuing Masters or Doctoral degree in machine learning, statistics, data science, business analytics, or a closely related field. Must be an accredited program. Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and/or SharePoint). Python programming, SAS programming This is a summer internship based in Cary, NC. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in a degree seeking program and not be graduating prior to the beginning of the internship. Additional Excellent written communication skills. Preferences Masters degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, machine learning, data mining, or related quantitative field. R programming, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Wrapper for Analytic Transfer (SWAT) package for Python and/or R. An interest in teaching, specifically in machine learning and/or statistics.
