Job Description: The Salesforce Industry Marketing team works across product, sales, marketing and our industry go-to-market (GTM) groups to position and promote Salesforce industry solutions and products. Our sub-teams in key industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, retail/consumer goods, manufacturing, travel/transportation/hospitality and communications/media) use their deep subject-matter expertise to ensure that our positioning and content is represented accurately across go-to-market activities, events, websites, pitch decks, and enablement. Our interns would join the team in a cross-functional and cross industry capacity, helping with content creation/refinement, customer programs such as events and webinars, as well as internal messaging to drive pipeline, find new buyers, and cross-sell into existing accounts. This internship will help deepen your integrated marketing skills and the insights you gain after spending a summer with us will help you decide if the fast-paced and innovative world of cloud computing is for you! Basic Requirements: * Work alongside marketing managers across the Industry Marketing Team to support end-to-end integrated marketing plans and tactics * Create and update materials used by sales and GTM teams to communicate the value proposition for our events, including customer-ready presentations and event journeys * Assist with the creation/refinement of compelling assets, competitive positioning, FAQs, and cheat sheets to enable the sales ecosystem to speak the language of their customers' industries * Help manage industry product launch plans, working closely with the industry experts and extended teams to ensure relevancy in the market to drive demand and pipeline * Communicate effectively and often to ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned and informed * Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to track, measure, and report against program objectives * Display business acumen, professionalism and an understanding of Salesforce values Desired Skills: * Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills * Exemplary creative and problem solving skills with ability to take initiative * Superior attention to detail * Exceptional organizational and planning skills * Adaptable to change and enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment * Interest in exploring multiple marketing disciplines, i.e, digital, social, demand generation * Proactive, results-oriented, and fun!
