Our Internship Program will provide insight into different core functions within Salesforce. You will be working alongside department leads which will provide you with an understanding of the importance of each functions. Your Impact: * Develop strategic value propositions, gain industry knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to execute business plans. * Work towards weekly targets in line with team goals and benefit from regular management coaching related to key performance indicators. * Learn and develop industry-leading sales techniques, including how to connect with decision makers, pass gatekeepers amp; objection handling * Develop value propositions that resonate with C-Level executives * Develop an understanding of Salesforce amp; our positioning as a market-leader in the industry. nbsp; * Gain experience in what it takes to be successful in the tech industry and develop business acumen Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree and to be graduating in Fall 2019 or Spring 2020 * Eager to learn and enjoy an ever changing, high growth environment * Customer focused * Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks with clear direction * Systematic approach to problem solving * Analytical thinker capable of pattern recognition * Good presentation and verbal communication skills * Strong written communication and listening skills * Strong organizational and planning skills * Ability to multi-task and open to taking on a variety of different types of tasks * General business acumen * Strong curiosity to learn, understand, and apply new technologies and systematic approaches (leveraging Salesforce technology stack with a particular focus on Reports and Dashboards) * Understanding of the Salesforce platform and basic sourcing of information in our instance * Experience and working knowledge with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google sheets * Experience and working knowledge of word processing such as Word or Google docs * Experience with presentations tools such as Powerpoint or Google slides Posting Statement Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
