Role Description The Salesforce Global Recruiting team is looking for a producer who is dynamic, creative, and has great interpersonal skills to grow podcast programming. You thrive in a collaborative rich environment and are a multiplier of great ideas. You lead with an audience first mindset so that we deliver compelling and captivating podcasts in the most efficient way. Your Impact * Create compelling podcasts that amplify corporate messaging and share sales teams authentic experiences * Work with the audio team to establish clear processes from pre to post production * Develop a deep understanding of the audience and apply knowledge towards show and episode development * Partner with the Recruiting, industry, product marketing and enablement team to discover topics amp; interviewees * Collaborate with our Trailhead, content marketing, communication and creative teams to advance podcast ideation and distribution * Manage quantitative and qualitative feedback to rapidly innovate and increase adoption Basic Requirements * University experience in radio, journalism, TV, or podcast production in media or high tech; relevant workplace experience welcomed * Experience working in newsrooms or at live events * Understanding of journalism and journalistic ethics * Experience with audio and digital design technologies * A passion for reporting results and an understanding of how to present the data in a way that makes sense * Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment and organizational skills to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively * Strong communications and writing skills and ability to work well cross-functionally * A sense of humor, tenacity, and grace under pressure nbsp; Posting Statement Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
