things? As a Design Intern on the Infrastructure Product Marketing Team,
you will help us in all things visual design and media related. We are
looking for an intern familiar with a variety of design tools who can
help us take our content to the next level. To be successful in this
role, you must be a highly motivated, team player who is willing to do
what it takes to deliver an out of this world experience to our
customers and prospects. You will have to move quickly and adapt well to
change, but you'll have an amazing team alongside you the entire way.
Sound exciting? Here are the details: Responsibilities: - Collaborate
with Product Marketing Managers to help bring their product visions to
life by developing visual graphics, audio, video, and other media assets
- Build product marketing assets such as sales presentations, marketing
website content, visuals for email campaigns, etc... - Build templates
and standards to be leveraged by other content developers when creating
their own materials - Consult with internal partners on design best
practices to improve the look and feel of content developed by subject
matter experts - Support the ongoing maintenance of content assets owned
by Infrastructure Product Marketing to ensure all assets meet standards
- Keep up to date on visual design trends Requirements: - Working
towards an Undergraduate or Masters degree in the area of graphic design
or similar field - Familiar with creative / design development tools
(Sketch, Adobe CS, Photoshop, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, etc...) -
Knowledge of visual design fundamentals including layout, color, and
typography - Dedication to learning from users and a deep understanding
of basic user research methods - Strong presentation and communication
skills. Able to clearly present your work and rationale to a variety of
teammates and partners. - Self-motivated and able to balance great
design with meeting short deadlines - Able to give and receive design
feedback - Able to produce results independently as well as part of a
team - An online design portfolio that demonstrates your process Nice to
Have: - Mobile app design, analytic / infographic design, icon design -
Experience designing social products - Experience with pattern libraries
