    Systems Analyst:

    Scentbird is constantly growing and as a part of this growth switched to the in-house fulfillment several years ago. Due to the complexity of the business model we had to develop our own WMS system and later integrate it with NetSuite ERP. 

    The WMS Business Analyst is responsible for, and will spend the majority of their time focusing on, the continuous improvement of processes and procedures by recommending, implementing, and managing WMS. Essential duties and responsibilities include: developing training procedures and documentation and performing technical evaluations in order to identify, develop, and implement solutions - the result of which will address system and process issues by enhancing functionality and increasing user adoption. Additionally, the WMS Business Analyst will collaborate with all business units to assist in driving end-to-end process consistency, maturity, and effectiveness related to department goals and objectives. 

    The Digital Product Specialist will report into BackOffice Product Manager and work closely with CRM/CMS Project manager.

    What You'll Be Responsible For:

    • Working as a member of our product team, use your knowledge of the product and the industry to enhance the WMS and build innovative solutions, including gathering detailed business requirements.
    • Constantly collaborating with Operations team in order to understand their current needs
    • Create user interface prototypes for desktop and mobile apps
    • Document user stories for new product features
    • Collaborate with software development teams in an Agile environment using business requirements, and design artifacts, acting as the voice of the customer. Organize with the broader team to deliver new solutions and features on schedule.
    • Conduct training across departments using detailed expertise on product features, including defining the training scope for a new release of the solution and assisting with the development of training materials

    What You'll Need to Have (required qualifications):

    • 4 years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing application software. Experience or interest in a software product management role.
    • 2 years of combined experience in supply chain, retail or wholesale distribution, demand planning systems, order management systems, warehouse management systems, or warehouse control systems technologies with software development or quality assurance experience desired.
    • 2 year of experience delivering software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
    • Strong team and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally. Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivation and a passion to learn.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and execute detailed tasks in order to meet defined goals.
