    THE MADISON SASO HUB has a great opportunity for you! We have an open position in our Advertising Support Operations department for an INVENTORY ANALYST! The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing commercial advertisement inventory by proactively placing and preempting spots. They will work closely with the SASO Hub Management team to carefully work inventory in key areas across all of our markets to attain our goal of less than 5% of revenue in exceptions.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Work with Asst. Managers to identify inventory areas that need priority attention
    • Follow market specific guidelines for placement and preemption
    • Review and manage solutions to inventory problems
    • Suggest inventory shifts to maximize revenue
    • Verify capacity in Key Programs and work with Scheduling Specialists to ensure proper program formatting
    • Communicate open inventory and oversold areas to the Asst. Managers
    • Provide back-up for logs during Inventory Specialist absences.
    • Effectively work with other team members and managers in a professional manner
    • Special projects and duties as assigned

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • You must be computer literate, detail-oriented, dedicated and dependable
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills are also a must
    • Broadcast TV or radio experience is required
    • OSI traffic system experience preferred
