    The Payer Relations Coordinator manages schedules, adds new contracts, verifies information and schedules for locations track renegotiations for each network, updates Improvis software, completes and adds new doctor information and location changes with insurance providers. The Payer Relations Coordinator also works with vendor and dental practices regarding patient payments and updating information.

     

    *THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in supporting partner networks and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help structure and help to execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, strategic partnerships and management activities.
    • Assist in the relationship management program to support partners.
    • Help to analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues in customer needs.
    • Assist in managing vendor/affiliate relationships.
    • Experience in working as part of a management team.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills.

    Required Skills

    • 2-5 years of similar job experience.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Familiarity with insurance claim processing and patient communications.
    • Strong relationship building skills.
    • Experience implementing and maintaining computerized systems and processes preferred.
    • Demonstrate and promote superior customer service skills.
    • Basic knowledge of dental terminology.
