WCIV is seeking an Associate Producer, who will fill in for both the News Producer and the Assignment Desk Editor as needed.

SKILLS:

• Must have strong writing and news judgment skills
• The ability to work well in a fast paced environment is essential
• Be a compelling and accurate writer
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to multitask and manage time in order to put together an exciting and informative newscast

EXPERIENCE:

• Must ave experience editing compelling video and sound
• A degree in journalism or mass communications with previous television experience is required
• Non-linear video editing is a plus as is control room experience
