    Upstream Rehabilitation, a national physical and occupational therapy company with local brands such as BenchMark Physical Therapy and Drayer Physical Therapy, is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the corporate recruiting team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist needs to have a passion for effectively recruiting top talent, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and have a self-motivated, team-spirited attitude.

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist should have the ability to handle a high volume of requests and maintain composure under pressure when working with the field, hiring managers, and team members. Ideal candidates will possess an understanding of recruiting best practices and have experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Source, attract, and nurture qualified candidates through the use of a variety of recruiting techniques.
    • Network and connect with candidates via social media, job boards, community events, university recruitment efforts, and more.
    • Attend and participate in recruiting events, professional networking events, career fairs, and professional conferences as needed
    • Review resumes, evaluate candidate qualifications, screen candidates, and submit to appropriate hiring managers for next steps in the interviewing process
    • Maintain multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Develop new avenues to attract candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment objectives and opportunities.
    • Maintain job postings on SilkRoad (ATS), job boards, and social media.
    • Provide recruiting project updates as requested by hiring managers.
    • Maintain pipelines of qualified candidates in designated regions
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

     REQUIRED

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent HR/Recruiting experience preferred
    • 1-3 years’ recruiting or progressive HR experience

     

     PREFERRED

    • Experience in nationwide recruiting across multiple disciplines
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain work quality in a high-volume environment
