    We are looking for aN INSIDE SALES - LIGHTING CONTROL DIVISION.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Support Construction Group sales control specialists and lighting quotations team
    • Use CRM for project-specific entry and file document storage
    • Establish and maintain good working relations with all key lighting controls vendors
    • Strategize with vendors, customers, and sales to ultimately control and win profitable jobs
    • Produce quotes, bills of material, and create workable project hand-off documents
    • Set industry standards for professionalism in accurate error-free quotations, and timely follow-up
    • Work closely with NCLCD team members to optimize customer service
    • Monitor workflow from Lighting Control e-mail
    • Schedule and track NCLCD field services

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

    • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
    • Customer service focused
    • Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers
    • Able to work remotely and independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize
    • Able to use (or learn) NCLCD quote entry in Job Management
    • Computer literate in Adobe, Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Able to use (or learn) Lutron Designer, Acuity Visual Control, WattStopper LMCS, and Blue Beam design programs
    • Competent working knowledge of control products
    • Able to use (or learn) Submittal 123 deliverable program
    • Able to utilize the internet to get product information from manufacturer websites for submittal information
    • Ability to work with (or learn) manufacturer-provided software for pricing and product information
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Ability to learn manufacturer pricing programs
    • Great written and verbal communication skills

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Office environment with frequent computer and phone use
    • Warehouse environment with occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
    • Be available and accessible during all business hours
    • Requires punctual regular, and reliable attendance
