  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

     

    • Assist with due diligence process for M&A initiatives and Board preparation materials.
    • Work closely with experienced team members to identify and resolve issues encountered during engagement
    • Gather raw data/information from deal meetings and formulate into presentations for SVP of Legal and BOD
    •  Various administrative task as needed
    • Analysis in excel as needed
    • Minimum of 20 hours available

     

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • You are enrolled in a graduate Law or MBA program in Austin, TX and have an undergraduate degree.
    • Prior work experience, including relevant exposure to investment management, strategy, consulting or business analytics.
      • Past investment banker or Big 4 consulting experience a huge plus.
    • You have a comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to explore a variety of challenges and pivot as needed.
    • Exceptional analytical skills.
    • Excellent relationship management skills. Work style must be flexible, adaptable, energized and hungry to learn.
    • Clear, articulate communicator, comfort making brave decisions with an ability to collaboratively influence and effectively interact at all levels, both internally and externally in a matrix environment.
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
