    Job Description

    Front Desk Agent/Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and processes to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

    Your responsibilities: 

    • Make recommendations for process improvements to ensure smooth office administration
    • Provide general support to visitors and internal colleagues
    • Provide support for mailing, shipping, maintenance, invoices, errands etc.
    • Manage relationship with different vendors
    • Draft communication to the office before getting it approved from Manager
    • Support the business leader (if required)
    • Have Project Management skills
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience from working with office management for at least 2 years
    • Competence in Office 365 and Share point
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Service Minded
    • Flexibility and ability to prioritize
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Attention to detail
