    Job Description

    Snow Software is seeking a Channel Manager responsible for building and maintaining a strong regional base of partners. All partner-based routes to market are in scope, including Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and VAR’s. The role will manage all aspects of partners and apply insight gained having worked for relevant software organizations to drive Snow’s industry and technology propositions with partnerships in order to generate incremental revenue opportunities.

    They are expected to work cross functionally and collaborate with the sales, marketing, services, and training/enablement teams to support a fully integrated channel partner ecosystem.

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Implement the overall America’s channels strategy for the Central region
    • Building deeper, more strategic and sustainable partnerships with the existing channel
    • Target new partners to expand geographic and vertical specific needs
    • Build business plans with chosen partners to create positive outcomes for Snow’s customers
    • Quota responsibility across defined the Central sales region; manage programs to maximize sales revenue and touch and Influence revenue from across all channel partners.
    • Ensuring effective pipeline management and sales forecasting in cooperation with the Sales teams
    • Collaborate with field sales teams to provide partners that add value to our current and prospective customers, identify incremental opportunities and assist in current sales pursuits.
    • Regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies based on shifts in technology and market trends
    • Being accountable for successful partner business plan execution, through proactive engagement, regular team meetings, conference calls and reviews
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    NEED TO HAVE:

    • 5+ years’ experience as a channel/VAR/indirect or Partner management role
    • Proven track record of growing a business in a competitive landscape  
    • Experience / training in solution selling frameworks
    • Strong track record in defining and aligning channel partner/sales strategies and programs to maximize reseller customer impact and revenue performance.
    • History of documented revenue growth in complex business environments directly attributable to the partner program.
    • Comfortable using data to make and support decisions at all levels.
    • Ideal location for this role is in Austin, TX or Chicago, IL

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Prior experience with Force Management (COM, COS, MEDPICC)
    • Experience selling Software Asset Management tools or services
