Responsibilities Include:

• Pull data for weekly marketing reports on Sprout Social & Simply Measured
• Collect positive UGCs (photos/videos, testimonials, etc) from our audience across social media platforms and our Commun(ity) platform
• Search for trending news, topics & hashtags + engage with content by likes & comments
• Respond to all incoming comments to build customer relationships on social media and our Commun(ity) platform
• Behind-the-Scenes Content - Take photos & film videos of various projects & share them in our Commun(ity) platform
• Partnerships with brands/products
• Office visits from special guests
• Topanga or Hollywood Hills events
• Brand Research - Research inspirational content & designs from various brands + present findings
• Social Media Updates - Keep your eyes peeled on new launches, trends & API changes
• Engaging with members on the Commun(ity) platform
• Identify and engage with brand ambassadors
• Help organize offsite meetups with our Commun(ity) members
• Pull educational resources to share in our Commun(ity) platform

• Understanding of social media behavior across platforms (FB, IG, Twitter, Pinterest)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and pivot quickly
• Clear communicator via phone/video/IRL/Slack/text
