Sourcebooks interns will have the opportunity to be part of our interconnected departments on a rotational basis: * Editorial: Acquisitions * Editorial: Packaging * Production Editorial (project management, copyediting, proofreading) * Production Design (file management, ebook creation, page layout, design) * Manufacturing Purchasing * Accounting, Administration, and Contracts * Office of the Publisher * Marketing * Sales * Ecommerce * Digital Marketing Ideal candidates for Sourcebooks interns will: * Be available to work 2025 hours per week in Naperville, IL. * Be a selfstarter. Exhibiting initiative, leadership, with a strong desire to continually grow in the book business. * Play well with others. Seriously, were a hardworking team who also happen to be pretty nice. * Juggle and coordinate. We thrive with multitaskers who are detailoriented, organized, and can keep short and longterm schedules while following through on deadlines. * Love books. This is a must. * Be currently enrolled in college or recent college graduate.
