The Marketing Operations (MOPs) team is focused on driving results for the marketing organization by bridging the gap between marketing strategy, processes and technology. As an MBA Intern in MOPs, you will develop and execute strategies that drive collaboration and improve operational efficiencies. Projects include diving deep into various marketing data ecosystems and formulating ways to connect prospect digital and event journeys, prioritizing reporting initiatives across different marketing teams, conducting analyses to uncover prospect and customer insights, and driving various business and operational initiatives. In this role, you will work on highly complex problems, gain insight into the strategic and operational issues which are forefront in the minds of the leadership team, have exposure to senior-level decision-making and have the chance to build relationships with people across the entire company. You must have a strong marketing systems background and excel in all areas of strategy development and execution including: project management, business analysis, problem solving, executive communication, consensus building, and people development. In addition, you must demonstrate the ability to thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment. A combination of strategy and technology market experience is ideal. The position is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities: * Marketing reporting & infrastructure: Work cross-functionally across different marketing teams to build standard reports with actionable recommendations * Sales marketing funnel analysis: Help drive the definition, measurement and tracking of the key funnel metrics and KPIs * Dashboard development: Ideate, whiteboard and prototype dashboards by persona and channel that can be built in Tableau/Splunk * Metric and KPI documentation: Lead initiatives that drive collaboration among different marketing teams Requirements: * 2+ years of experience management consulting, marketing, or strategy & operations at a tech company * Experience working on large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research / analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success is required * Strong leadership and communication skills written and verbal -- to work with senior executives across various geographies and functions; comfortable in business and technical discussions * Strong people development and influencing skills; able to build and drive extended and virtual teams * Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision * Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative fast-growing environment Education: * Currently pursuing a full-time MBA degree or a graduate degree in computer science * Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline appreciated We value diversity at our company.
