Responsibilities: I want to and can do that! Help us build a new model to scale HR support of the business. We are creating a new organization within HR to provide shared services to the enterprise. This role will lead specific change management projects focused on readying us to introduce shared services to the business. These may include creating content and training curriculum, clarifying and documenting changes to roles and responsibilities, planning and executing Voice of the Customer (VOC) sessions, developing communication plans, and partnering with the Shared Services leader to establish SLAs and Performance Metrics. Requirements: Ive already done that or have that! * Actively pursuing an MBA or Masters in Human Resources, Industrial or Organization Psychology or a related field * Has experience managing change initiatives and/or has applicable course work
