As the HR Shared Services intern you will have the opportunity to work directly with team members across the human resources organization and the business. Its a dynamic organization and a unique opportunity for a driven, inquisitive and detail-oriented student who wants to gain skills essential to human resources and nearly any leadership role. Responsibilities: I want to and can do that! Help us build a new model to scale HR support of the business. We are creating a new organization within HR to provide shared services to the enterprise. This role will lead specific change management projects focused on readying us to introduce shared services to the business. These may include creating content and training curriculum, clarifying and documenting changes to roles and responsibilities, planning and executing Voice of the Customer (VOC) sessions, developing communication plans, and partnering with the Shared Services leader to establish SLAs and Performance Metrics. Requirements: Ive already done that or have that! * Actively pursuing an MBA or Masters in Human Resources, Industrial or Organization Psychology or a related field * Has experience managing change initiatives and/or has applicable course work

    • Knows their stuff when working in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook * Very organized with excellent attention to detail * Self-starter who wants to dive right in and own their own projects while also collaborating closely with team members * Operations Expertise: You can translate strategy into deep operational execution, using process expertise and analytics skills. * Influencing and Relationship Building Skills: You are capable of building and sustaining excellent relationships at multiple levels in the workplace. You use relationships not only to gain a better understanding of the companys needs, but also to strategically accomplish goals, and have well-honed influencing skills that will enable the persuasion of others and execute across the organization. * Change Orientation and Drive for Results: You thrive in a fast-paced, nimble, agile work environment.
