Next Level Video is looking for a hard working, organized individual that is not afraid of long hours and detailed work.
You will gain hands on experience in Sports Production while learning and implementing skills related but not limited to;
You will work hand in hand with our staff to create and implement meaningful daily and weekly tasks as well as be given managerial responsibilities to oversee crews during events.
All training will be monitored and administered by our full time staff.
At the conclusion of this internship you will also have a live working portfolio of print, email, and video marketing.
Program Features and Tasks:
Marketing and Social Media
Record game footage and capture photos at each event
Create and execute social media marketing plan for NLV including post event surveys
Design and develop marketing graphics for weekly email campaigns and website updates
Design on-site advertisement for products such as banners, flags, and signage
All facets of Customer Relations including sales calls and on-site informational presence at all events
Office and Equipment Management
Daily operations and metrics
Organize customer data, orders, and delivery
Manage all equipment including collection, storage, and rental
Video editing for both internal marketing projects and customer highlight reels
Compress video footage and upload files for configuration and delivery
Event Operations
Coordinate and train all staff for events as a Site Supervisor
Event set up and breakdown of equipment including cameras, scaffolds, and marketing material
Travel domestically for multiple events
On-site compression of footage
On-site customer relations and related sales during events
Software Execution
Apple Compressor and Final Cut Pro X
Express Engine
Adobe Suite: After Effects, Illustrator, Mocha, and Photoshop
Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word
Expectations:
Highly organized individual that can work in a team-based environment with NLV
Communicate clearly and efficiently in all internal business meetings, external events, and customer related inquiries
Be accountable for personal tasks and time management
Report to the Philadelphia office for a minimum of 4 days Monday-Friday as well as a specified event each weekend
2016 Fall Events
In addition to reporting to the office, an intern is required to work an event every weekend of the internship period
Some events require domestic travel and hotel accommodations which will be compensated
