    About the Role

    We are looking for a highly motivated, analytically curious intern to support strategic initiatives across our Employee Success (ES) organization. You will work alongside senior ES leaders and People Analytics teams to drive data-informed decision-making and build the future-ready capabilities of our workforce.

    This role is designed for a "builder" who is equally comfortable diving into a spreadsheet, crafting a narrative for executives, and experimenting with AI tools to streamline how we operate at scale.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Support & Data Storytelling: Assist in managing cross-functional ES initiatives by tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and synthesizing outcomes for senior stakeholders.
    • AI & Innovation: Experiment with generative AI tools and automation to streamline ES workflows and enhance our internal content creation.
    • Special Projects: Support ad-hoc deep dives into topics like workforce planning.

    Required Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field with a graduation of December 2026 or May 2027
    • You have a "data-first" approach and are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling).
    • A genuine interest & familiarity with AI tools & applying them to business and people operations
    • You can translate complex ideas into clear, simple language, both in writing and in visual presentations
    • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
    • You have a high bar for accuracy, especially when dealing with sensitive people data.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
    • Prior exposure to HR, consulting, or organizational development.
    • An ability to look at a chart and immediately ask, "What is this actually telling us?"

    Summer 2026 Internship Dates: GROUP 1: May 18 - Aug 7th GROUP 2: June 1 - Aug 21st GROUP 3: June 15 - Sep 4th This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship. This posting will close on March 10th, 2026.
