JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Global Talent Programs team sits at the heart of how we engage, inspire, and grow our Futureforce community - and this summer, we're looking for an enthusiastic Communications & Marketing Intern to help bring that mission to life.
YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Assist with alumni storytelling initiatives, highlighting the best stories across teams and regions.
- Monitor and analyze social listening, identifying topics to tie our messaging and content to relevant conversations.
- Use AI tools confidently from planning to producing final deliverables.
- Partner closely with the Futureforce programs team to build and deliver engaging event promotion that drives RSVPS
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to support a unified narrative across our communications.
- Manage projects end-to-end and build relationships and skills to get the job done well while having fun.
- Collaborate with autonomous agents and AI tools to streamline analytical reporting via Sprout Social. Synthesizing AI-generated insights into actionable reports that optimize our social strategy and track cross-platform performance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Sophomore/Rising Junior pursuing a BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an interest in storytelling.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative thinker with a positive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges.
- Interest in technology and innovation, especially AI, Slack, and Agentforce.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and delivers results.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience creating presentations to showcase strategies and metrics-based outcomes.
- Experience working in Slack and using workflows, managing channels.
- Experience working in collaborative writing environments.
- Experience in digital media, creative writing, marketing, event planning, or communications.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Please note that this position does not offer relocation assistance. Candidates must be able to work from the San Francisco office without the need for relocation support.
