WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

The Daily Beast is seeking talented, motivated, and dependable reporting interns to join our entertainment and arts & culture teams full time in New York this fall. Open to undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students, the internship is an exciting opportunity for emerging journalists to learn how a newsroom works while gaining hands-on experience.

Duties include pitching and writing entertainment and arts & culture stories with an emphasis on television, film, and celebrities.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING US:

*Experience in news and writing from a previous internship or campus publication
 *Passionateabout the latest television shows and films as well as general pop culture *Interest in theater, visual arts, fashion, style, and books  *Deeply engaged in social networks   This paid internship will run from mid-September to mid-December and is generally Monday-Friday but some nights and weekends may be required.
