    We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our US team to assist in the implementation, deployment, and day to day maintenance of multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, LMS and Compensation) in our global HRMS. In this role, you will work with internal customers to analyze, troubleshoot, report, and resolve issues and drive continual process improvements.  You will also monitor existing audits, data integrity processes, procedures, and workflows for opportunities for increased accuracy and efficiency.

     

    POSITION MUST BE IN CHARLESTON (NOT REMOTE).  WE DO HAVE A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE OF THREE DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND TWO DAYS REMOTE 

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-2 years of experience working within IT, Human Resources or HRIS
    • Knowledge of and experience with an HRMS. Workday, Ceridian, and/or Success Factors is preferred but not required.
    • Basic level problem-solving skills.
    • Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to take initiative to complete assignments and responsibilities with limited guidance.
    • Basic understanding of what is going on within Human Resources including experience in employee movement data capture (onboarding, job changes, exiting) and HR record creation, maintenance and retention.
    • Demonstration of good judgment and discretion in matters of confidentiality
    • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with detail and accuracy
    • Basic level knowledge in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, if statements, etc.)
    • Ability to translate customer requirements to create reports; previous use of report writing tools and SQL is a plus.
    • Ability to support basic HRIS projects (vendor file creation, data conversions, etc.) with limited guidance
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
    • A commitment to providing exceptional service to all customers, internal and external.
