    This position is full-time, works Monday – Friday daytime hours.  $18 per hour. Great benefits.  

    The Goodwill Recruitment & Community Outreach Coordinator focuses on recruiting to fill job openings within Goodwill stores so that there is a sufficient workforce to achieve productivity and other retail targets. Will travel to participate in job fairs or hiring events. Will cultivate relationships and engagement activities with community organizations, workforce development agencies and candidate sources that result in partnerships and employment opportunities.

    The Goodwill Recruitment & Community Outreach Coordinator assists with building relationships within the community and within our own organization. Will partner with retail leadership, managers and the human resource department to develop consistent, proven practices to fill Goodwill vacancies. Applicant must pass a background check and DMV check. Must be able to meet ESGW’s driver orientation standards.

    Required Experience

    • 0-2 years
    • High School/Equivalent
    • Proven experience with recruitment, job development, workforce development and/or job placement.
    • Experience relating to individuals at all levels
    • Proven interviewing, counseling, and customer service skills
    • Working knowledge of community resources and employers
