KHGI-TV/KFXL-TV is seeking a Master Control Operator / Broadcast Engineer.
The ideal candidate must be versatile and capable of learning specialized software applications and have an aptitude for operating electronic equipment. You must have great attention to detail, excellent computer skills, responsible for installing and maintaining video, audio, and other equipment associated with television broadcasting. This includes server-based record and play-out systems, non-linear editors, production switchers, routing switchers, MPEG encoders, decoders, automation, news room computer systems, data networks, and broadcast transmission equipment. and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills Required Experience
Medical Assistant or clinical training preferred One year experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified is preferred Knowledge of patient care charts and patient histories Patient Interviewing skills Ability to perform standard clinical procedures according to established protocols Knowledge of patient evaluation procedures Ability to perform routine invasive procedures, such as venipuncture, and EKG Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation
