We are seeking an energetic Hospital Representative with outstanding customer service skills to represent our company and interface in person with patients and staff, providing TV and telephone service. The successful candidate should feel comfortable working in a patient care environment and combine an outstanding work ethic with a passion for servicing patients by delivering high-end quality products and services. As a representative you will: * Engage with and assist patients throughout the hospital, helping them utilize their tv and phones * Perform basic troubleshooting and work with our support group to resolve any technical issues affecting service to the patients * Collect payment for television and phone services as required * Handle basic bookkeeping including keeping records of payments, credits, and notes * Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with patients and staff Required Criteria: * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Excellent team player * Professional attitude and manner * Basic computer skills * Desire to walk/spend time on your feet for sustained periods of time * Be able to lift 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder * Be willing to submit to the Medical & Drug Health Requirements obliged by the hospital * Be willing to submit to a background screening * High school diploma or equivalent Location and Shift: Locations: Einstein Medical Center and Presbyterian Medical Center Shift: Four to Five weekdays, including one weekend day is required. Must be flexible between 11:00 am - 7:00 pm.
