    Job Description

    Come help us scale learning to a global audience. Distributed working is the future and we want to evolve every aspect of learning at Twitter to be deeply engaging, relevant and accessible to anyone, anywhere. 

    This role will own strategy and execution for all things learning delivery from our technology, operations, facilitator network and program quality including: 

    • Partner with L+D Program Leads, functional learning partners, vendors and other stakeholder teams globally to build and deliver exceptional end to end learning. 

    • Expand the learning virtual delivery capability and the technical development, capacity and standards for both inhouse and external facilitators. 

    • Own the standardization of blended learning modalities with state of the art technologies to create a best in class employee learning experience for globally distributed audiences. 

    • Create the processes and continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure the highest quality learning delivery that both embodies our culture and business objectives.

    • Lead and grow  distributed, global teams that collectively build strong and scaled learning foundations and infrastructure. 

    • Drive innovation and future focused capabilities in learning operations, planning, and evaluation to optimize learning coverage and impact at scale. 

    • Can embrace diverse backgrounds, ideas and experiences put inclusion globally at the heart of learning experiences. 

    • Effectively plan and manage budgets, resources, vendors and partners to achieve results.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strong track record of executing learning, program management, and continuous improvements for impact. 

    • Strategic planning and thought leadership in all things learning while seeking wider business perspectives and context. 

    • Strong process orientation with the ability to drive agile operational leadership, cross functional partnerships and influence senior level leaders across the company. 

    • People management experience and comfort driving change. 

    • Work well under pressure, deliver to deadlines, adapt to change and operate with a high tolerance for ambiguity. 

    • 10+ years of learning leadership experience within a L+D, quality, knowledge management function.
