    Job Description

    The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for resolving our people’s concerns about respect and fairness. This involves investigating discrimination, harassment and retaliation complaints. It also involves review of other complex, high-risk, or otherwise sensitive matters implicating company policy. A critical part of our work is proactive. We advise business leaders on how to prevent complaints through fair and consistent performance management. We help educate business leaders and HR Business Partners on foundational Employment Legal concepts. We also surface root causes and broader trends so our People team partners and business leaders are best positioned to address any pervasive concerns. 

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • JD with strong working knowledge of employment laws and the ability to identify and proactively mitigate employment legal risks.

    • Minimum 3-5 years experience conducting thorough investigations of complex employee relations issues.

    • Demonstrated ability managing multiple stakeholders and priorities against an unpredictable workload.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including high EQ, ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization, and collaborate with other teams.

    • Strong writing skills, with regard to investigations, documentation of investigations, and communication to all parties throughout the investigations process.
