Qualifications
- Exhibit an enthusiastic, can-do spirit and approach your work with curiosity, resilience, and a growth demeanor in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.
- 6+ years of relevant experience and a BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or other closely related field. Past experience in different areas of accounting/finance preferred.
- 3+ years of proven track record in Hyperion EPM Administration. Experience with EPM Cloud.
- Solid understanding of SQL queries and table structures.
- Demonstrable experience with Hyperion/EPM creation of data forms, data grids, process management, task workflows, journal entry, reporting, smart view and consolidation.
- Strong finance functional expertise, business process knowledge, and understanding of GAAP and SOX 404 compliance.
- Effective communication skills - including the capability to listen to the needs of others, research and comprehend sophisticated matters, eloquent issues, and present findings as well as recommendations in both oral and written presentations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve operational accounting process and system issues.
- Proven project management skills and an ability to work well with all levels of an organization.
- Superb attention to detail and able to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key partners.

- You are passionate about technology and relish the opportunity to learn and apply new technical concepts to your work.
- Experience with Oracle ERP, CloudIO, ARCS, Alteryx, and Tableau.
- Weekend and off-hours work sometimes required, particularly around month-end closing. Some travel may be required.
