    Job Description

    Twitter’s Partnerships Strategy & Operations team is responsible for developing strategy and establishing operational rigor for the Global Content Partnerships Team. This includes developing and refining the strategy, policies, procedures, and technologies that enable rapid scale and growth.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent thinker, analytical powerhouse, resourceful systems builder adept at manipulating complex data to help inform business decisions.

    Broad Responsibilities:

    Process and analyze large datasets

    Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau

    Work with multiple stakeholders on developing and producing key business metrics 

    Effectively communicate data indicators through visualization, clear and concise language and ongoing reporting

    Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems that improve and scale our business

    Provide analysis and decision support around resource allocation and portfolio management

    Support company-level strategy-setting and planning efforts

    Troubleshoot various problems 

    Support All-Hands development

    Pull data to support business reviews

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in business, economics, mathematics, and/or engineering

    Extensive knowledge of Tableau is a must; comfort with SQL highly preferred

    2+ years in a role that has provided analytical and complex project experience

    Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets

    Competency using Salesforce

    Advanced Excel/ Google sheet skills

    Familiarity with SQL or any other form of database querying language is preferred

    A strong passion for Twitter and technology

    Relevant work experience preferably in business, economics, digital marketing, media, and/or sales enablement with a focus on data analytics, visualization and storytelling

    Superb business communication and distillation of complicated data inputs into bite-sized takeaways for leadership consumption 

    Ability to connect with all levels of employees

    Willingness to roll up your sleeves, deal with ambiguity, fail fast, help where needed, and deliver results
