Job Description
Manage the I&D Health Check Up Program to provide real time insights to members of the Twitter leadership team (Staff) on progress and areas of opportunity across their individual business.
Be an expert I&D business partner to executive leadership, HRBPs, and office leaders around the world
Leverage data to surface insights, develop recommendations and implement programs for driving I&D progress by org and location
Plan and coordinate monthly updates across multiple delivery teams
Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners (technical and non-technical)
Managing projects against aggressive timelines
Work within and plan against a defined release schedule
Gather, analyze and document business requirements, functional requirements and data specifications
Oversee day-to-day customer support on programs you manage
Resolve inefficiencies in tools, process, and workflow as well as find new methods to promote efficiency and consistency
WHO YOU ARE
You are passionate about I&D and people programs and have successfully developed and executed programs that drive results
You are comfortable working closely with senior executives and HRBPs and can manage a cross functional decision-making group with ease
You possess good judgement, makes right on-brand decisions when called for, and knows when to seek approval
You communicate effectively; you are a good listener, give/take clear direction verbally and have strong writing and speaking skills
You can work independently, but is eager to collaborate and support others
You often calmly solve unforeseen situations as they arise
You are a fast-learner, who can quickly adapt to new tools and technologies, as well as changing environments and priorities
You are an active and contributing member in our team’s creative think tank
You are highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests
Qualifications
Direct experience in Inclusion & Diversity people programs, preferably for a technical/engineer group
At least 5 years of experience leading complex programs and long term projects.
Experience working in a high tech, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Experience in engaging, managing and influencing challenging stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment towards achieving a common vision or goal
Team Based problem solving expertise and the ability to coach stakeholders on solving problems with a structured data driven approach.
Ability to realize objectives from exec down to team level to drive value and meaningful change.
