    Twitter’s Trust & Safety (T&S) teams work on the front lines of safety, speech, and policy issues that affect the Internet. Our goal is to ensure Twitter is a trusted platform where people can make human connections, find reliable information, and express themselves freely and safely. 

    The Product Trust team in T&S partners with Product Managers to identify product features that have Trust & Safety implications and advocate for solutions that keep users safe and build trust. By working together, we build safe and trustworthy products in an innovative, experiment-rich, and fast-paced environment. 

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    As a Program Manager in Product Trust, you will ensure that the pillar’s initiatives stay on track and that the team continues to experiment and innovate with a growth mindset.

    In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

    • Project Management

      • Shepherd the timely scoping and delivery of Product Trust projects while identifying opportunities to improve the way our work is identified, prioritized, monitored, reported on, and delivered. 

      • Track and report status of project work, including progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.

    • Team Administration and Coordination

      • Triage and support assignment and management of project and escalations tickets (Jira) to Product Trust Partners based on capacity, areas of expertise, and interest. 

      • Manage agendas for weekly meetings and cross-functional syncs.

      • Manage cross-functional and external team progress reporting (including Executive Staff and Board of Directors, as required). 

      • Develop, update, and maintain Product Trust team knowledge shares and documentation.

       

    • Executive Support & Planning

      •  Support Product Trust team in strategic planning activities

      • Additional support for Product Trust Senior Director as required

     

    You will report to the Director for Product Trust in San Francisco, California. This is a full-time role.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years experience in any of these fields: analytics, operations management, program management, product management, or process redesign, preferably at an internet or technology company.

    • At least two years of relevant work experience supporting a senior executive, including experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion, preferably in a consulting, technical, or quantitative field.

    • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of project, process, and program management theory and practices – and the ability to apply them in the right context and at the right time.

    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and written communication skills.

    • Excellent verbal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
