Job Description Who We Are
The Data Experience organization of Twitter's data platform is responsible for identifying, deploying, and supporting state of the art data analysis, business intelligence, and behavioral analytics tools that operate at Twitter scale, such as BigQuery, Looker, Druid and Interana.
What You'll Do
This role is responsible for providing a white glove experience to our customers, serving as a trusted expert who delivers solutions that leverage the full breadth and depth of our tooling.
As both a domain expert and our customers' best advocate, you will map our solutions to their use cases, drive our most sophisticated implementations to deliver business results, and proactively identify gaps in our solution space to help drive the long term roadmap.
Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science or any engineering degree, including Industrial and Systems Engineering
5+ years experience in professional services, customer success, sales engineering, account management, or similar roles.
Expertise in one or more BI and behavioral analytics tools, such as Druid, Interana, Looker, or Tableau.
Expertise in big data tools and technologies, such as Spark, Scalding, and BigQuery.
Track record of mapping customers data analytics use cases and business problems to scalable, easy to use solutions.
