    Job Description

    WHO YOU ARE

    We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the Global Business Marketing team to drive go-to-market strategies and adoption of Twitter’s performance ad products.

    A successful candidate has experience working with digital advertising platforms, and knows how to drive advertiser acquisition, retention, and education with strategic and creative marketing. They must have an understanding of the advertiser marketplace, first and third-party measurement, and what uniquely differentiates Twitter Ads in the context of the broader digital advertising market. 

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    As the Product Marketing Manager focusing on Website Traffic and Conversions advertiser objectives, you will develop positioning, marketing communications and launch strategy to drive understanding and awareness of our performance advertising solutions from small businesses to the world’s largest global brands.

    In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner closely with product managers, PR, research, and sales solutions specialists to bring Twitter ad products to market. As part of Twitter’s Global Business Marketing team you will work closely with marketers across the company to scale marketing programs globally. You will also partner directly with the product team to provide inbound feedback including competitive positioning, marketplace analysis, and customer insights.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Shape the performance ads go-to-market strategy, including core positioning, messaging, naming and communications strategy 

    • Execute a go-to-market strategy for new features based on established goals, and have the ability to measure impact and success of these initiatives

    • Understand and consider competitive landscape and target markets in marketing strategies and messaging

    • Author and manage complex external and internal cross-functional product communications

    • Inform and build sales enablement strategy and content

    • Lead educational marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of new and existing performance ad features

    • Work effectively in a heavily cross functional, fast-paced environment, especially working across our product and sales teams

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • Minimum of 4-5 years of product marketing experience, in B2B / tech environment. Preferred experience working on performance advertising. 

    • Proven experience partnering closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams.

    • Outstanding program management with ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication skills, including frequent written communications and public speaking.

    • Analytical mind-set and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.

    • Working knowledge of online advertising platforms and measurement ecosystem. 

    • Passion for Twitter.
