    Job Description

    OPEN TO ANY EAST COAST US LOCATION WORKING REMOTELY FROM HOME.

     

    As part of the Sales Enablement Team, the Instructional Designer will develop training curriculum to support the sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Develop training curriculum to support all sellers

      • Follow instructional design methodologies (ex. ADDIE/SAM) and utilize adult learning theories to design, develop online training for an internal audience.  This includes: e-Learning modules, videos, software simulations, games, just in time training, quizzes, learning reinforcement, reporting, etc.
    • Collaborate with SMEs and stake holders to design and create storyboards for the development of e-Learning modules.

    • Produce e-Learning modules using Articulate Storyline and publish them in the LMS platform.

    • Provide quality analysis and proofreading/editing on completed deliverables.

    • Research and identify photo and image assets to be utilized in training projects.

    • Assist in coordination and execution of live training events, including recording webinars via MS Teams, go to training and posting on the LMS.

    • Experience pulling data from Cornerstone LMS and identifying trends preferred.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college is required; degree or coursework in Instructional Design is preferred.
    • 2-5 years of experience designing eLearning modules, Power Point presentations, Reference Guides and other corporate training is essential.
    • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and MS Office is required. 
    • Experience with Cornerstone/LMS is strongly preferred. Utilization of MS Teams and similar platforms will be required for this role.
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and handle changing priorities in a timely fashion. Highly independent, self-starter, great team player.
    • Experience working within commercial operations at a corporation; i.e. sales, marketing, operations, human resources, etc., is a plus.
