    WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for a Global Client Partner to lead one of our largest multinational accounts in the Media & Entertainment sector. This person will be responsible for:

    • Ownership of global revenue management, including quarterly and annual forecasting and target achievement
    • Negotiation and fulfillment of upfront commitments to maximize the financial and strategic impact of the global partnership
    • Development of global joint-business-plans to drive consistency in client growth strategies across territories
    • Creation of scalable opportunities that empower local market teams and diversify Twitter’s global revenue
    • Establishing and strengthening relationships with C-Suite/VP level customers to drive long-term industry influence
    • Developing cross-functional & customer-centric internal partnerships, helping Twitter get hired for a diverse set of services including Content Partnerships, Data Enterprise Solutions, Agency & Platform Solutions, Business Development & more
    • Providing strategic resources, effective communications, mentoring and developmental support to local market TCS teams, empowering them to achieve their goals
    • Structuring learning agendas to validate platform effectiveness; surfacing business insights and driving innovation
    • Creation and deployment of strategic narratives for campaigns, audiences and initiatives
    • Serve as the primary internal resource for customer knowledge and partnership health
    • Understand the customer and Media & Entertainment industry landscape thoroughly: strategy, language, culture, financial performance and organizational structure
    • Define and share models for outstanding work across all territories
    • Travel to key markets as needed to foster local relationships across customers’ global and regional organizations deepening partnerships in all relevant areas of the enterprise (media, marketing, research, innovation, etc)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • BA/BS degree
    • 12+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media

    Preferred:

    • 12+ years of experience in digital advertising: sales, client side or agency (media and/or creative)
    • 5+ years experience leading a global account
    • Trusted partner with key decision-makers in your region, country and/or industry
    • Excellent understanding of industry landscape and trends
    • Deeply established relationships with marketing decision-makers at companies and agencies
    • Strong understanding of Twitter’s business, the social media landscape and opportunities for marketers
    • Driven to beat targets, relentlessly positive demeanor and incredible work ethic
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and a bias for proactively resolving issues
    • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
    • Ability and willingness to travel internationally
