    Job Description

    WHO YOU ARE:

    The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who can translate complex ideas concisely and simply for different audiences, and who has a strong aptitude for self-driven learning in new and diverse technical concepts. More than anything though, the ideal candidate will love working through hard problems to help our customers every day.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Interact with customers and partners via 1:1 support cases from a support queue to diagnose, debug and solve their technical integration problems.

    • Identify trends in customer challenges and create proactive self-help resources to address them.

    • Collaborate with sales and account management representatives to ensure customers are supported successfully.

    • Interface with product and engineering teams to report and resolve issues and bugs.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to understand and solve technical problems through self-driven research, reproduction and discovery

    • Ability to comfortably and professionally work directly with customers of all types (developers, product managers, enterprise-level executives, etc.)

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to work and succeed with substantial autonomy

    • Possess an abundantly-positive and patient attitude, and an inherent desire to learn new things

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience working with or supporting developers in a technical capacity

    • Some programming knowledge or experience, or interest in writing code to interface with APIs 

    • Experience writing code that uses APIs

    • Experience drafting and using technical help resources
