    Job Description WHO YOU ARE

    We are looking for an experienced and impact-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join the Global Business Marketing team to help grow the adoption of the Twitter Ads platform across multiple segments of advertisers across the world.

    A successful candidate has experience working with digital advertising platforms, and knows how to drive advertiser acquisition, retention and education of our Twitter Ads platform with strategic and creative marketing. He or she must have an understanding of the advertiser experience when buying digital media, what uniquely differentiates Twitter as a product and service, and how Twitter’s advertising products offer unique value in the context of the broader digital advertising market.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    As the Product Marketing Manager for Twitter’s targeting product suite, you will own positioning, marketing communications and launch strategy to drive understanding and awareness of our platform advertising solutions from small businesses to the world’s largest global brands.

    In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner closely with product managers, PR, and sales solutions specialists to bring Twitter ad products to market. And as part of Twitter’s Global Business Marketing team you will work closely with marketers across the company to scale marketing programs globally.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and operationalize the go-to-market strategy, including core positioning, messaging, naming and communications strategy for Twitter’s ad platform; have the ability to scale these messages globally

    • Execute a go-to-market strategy for new features based on established goals, and have the ability to measure impact and success of these initiatives

    • Understand and consider competitive landscape and target markets in marketing strategies and messaging

    • Inform sales enablement strategy, and train local sales teams as needed

    • Lead educational marketing campaigns via webinars and other scalable initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of new and existing advertiser experience features

    • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering

    • Work effectively in a heavily cross functional, fast-paced environment, especially working across our product and sales teams

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • Minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience, in B2B / tech environment.

    • Proven experience partnering closely with product management and marketing teams and working in a matrixed organization

    • Experience working closely with product/engineering and sales stakeholders.

    • Outstanding program management with ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking

    • Analytical mind-set and problem solving skills with high attention to detail

    • Working knowledge of online advertising platforms
