    The Sr. Benefits Project Manager will develop and lead strategic projects in support of the North American Benefits team at Twitter. This role will report to the Sr. Benefits Manager, North America and will be responsible for maintaining retirement and health plan administration as well as project management for program enhancements and new benefits. 

    The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in 401(k), health and wellness programs administration, as well as new and changing benefit programs.  You are an analytical expert with exceptional Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.  You are very comfortable creating project plans, and tracking milestones and dashboard tools and reporting data to your manager.  You are a collaborative problem solver and have a proven successful track record of complex program implementation in health and welfare programs, 401(k) programs, disability and time off.  You will know how to manage project issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. You have practical hands on experience  leading  vendor partners, internal systems and consultants and you are familiar with working the details and integrating these teams to ensure smooth delivery of benefits.  Your data analytical skills are expert and you are comfortable integrating program data into program suggestions.  You can articulate these ideas and create proposals with ease and clarity.  This role requires that you have the ability to work with cross functional collaboration.

    You will work closely with our People team, key business stakeholders and external partners to build strong, diverse, inclusive benefits relationships. You will leverage strong project management and excellent communication skills to ensure that our benefits meet employee needs, are market competitive and provide the highest level of support!

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Implement benefits projects and processes, from inception to completion.

    • Achieve our financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.

    • Analyze complex data to support benefit analysis and proposals.

    • Administer 401(k) plan and Health and Welfare benefit programs, and are responsible for day-to-day management of the plan. 

    • On a regular basis analyze and evaluate external and internal market data, trends and insights in partnership with your manager to provide proactive benefit reporting for HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders.

    • Support M&A activities.

    • You are amazing with data analytics and will use these skills for key projects, developing benefit presentations.

    IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU, YOU PROBABLY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

    • You have a BA/BS in a related area of study and 8+ years of related work experience, preferably in the Benefits/Project Management field.  

    • Leading project-based work and managing interdependencies between various partners, using a consistent and clear project management framework.

    • Owned the success of benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, time off and 401(k) administration inclusive of internal administration and systems interfaces.

    • Strong customer service focus in delivering benefits administration and communications.

    • Track record of expert benefits data analysis and exceptional skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets a must.

    • Communicating effectively with cross-functional partners, including effective management of partner requests including prioritizing and delivering.

    • Proven ability to work in a detailed, fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment with the versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously.

    • A self-starting team player who is highly motivated, and able to shift directions quickly when priorities change and bring other teams along smoothly and effectively.

    • Has already delivered new processes that achieved greater efficiency in tools and workflows and working with key partners in order to close gaps.

    • Excellent interpersonal and enterprise collaboration skills.

    • You ask forward-thinking, big-picture questions to help come to the best solutions and you translate those big ideas into impactful implementation mapping for yourself and the teams and projects you lead.
